Shopee Trends
The challenge
The first edition of Shopee Trends — Shopee's e-commerce fair for platform sellers — brought together around 5,000 entrepreneurs in São Paulo, with multiple service counters. The goal: eliminate physical lines and crowding at the counters without slowing down operations.
The solution
An integrated web platform working on four fronts: a tablet kiosk for self-service ticket issuing, WhatsApp call notifications (visitors explore the event instead of waiting at the counter), a public dashboard showing service progress, and individual screens for each attendant to call, recall and close tickets.
