The challenge
Quero Financiar — a banking correspondent operating in secured lending since 2016 — manages a network of partner advisory offices. Administrator and office operations lived apart; financing requests and payout tracking for advisors needed to be unified.

A web platform with two profiles: administrators manage all offices, requests and payouts from one central place; partner offices track their requests and the payouts owed to their advisors. From request origination to payout, in a single standardized flow.
