The challenge
Gimel — a multidirectional scaffolding rental company serving industrial assembly, refineries and shipyards — had no visibility into material in the field, inventory or processes. Without a single system, it was hard to know where each item was, when it would return and how that turned into revenue.
The solution
A tailor-made internal platform that models the rental flow end to end: active contracts, dispatch and tracking of material in the field, inventory and returns management, billing and finance, and NF-e electronic invoicing issued straight from the system — the whole operation formalized in one place.
